Modern problems of Biotechnology in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry

Abstract

The textbook introduces Master students with modern biotechnological methods in the diagnosis and prevention of some especially dangerous infectious diseases that are relevant for Kazakhstan, and the results of a study devoted to the development of new methods for express analysis of the livestock products safety; describes the achievements of biotechnology in the field of increasing the productivity of farm animals and the production of essential medicines using transgenic technology.The textbook is a guide for Master students’ self-study of modern issues of biotechnology in veterinary medicine and animal husbandry.
